"My son and I have both been coming in to work with Aaron. I have had Achilles tendonitis. It had gotten bad enough that I have had to give up both basketball and tennis. As a result, I have gained weight. After six weeks of PT I am pain free and back to playing basketball. My 14-year-old son came in to learn appropriate stretching techniques and injury prevention. He plays three sports and it was important to us that he learn to properly take care of himself. He loved working with Aaron and learned a lot he will be able to apply to his work-outs!" – Hadley Vukasovich
"Prior to attending a foot pain workshop, I was only treating my feet to alleviate my foot pain. I regularly wore orthotic shoes, often taped my feet, and used lots of home remedies for the pain. After a summer of lots of activity, I was in a great deal of pain and none of my usual tricks were helping. After several months and a couple of visits to my podiatrist, I heard about a foot pain clinic at Superior Physical Therapy. There, I learned my foot pain could be due to an ankle injury in high school combined with a loss of mobility in my hips and shoulders. At the same time, I had been experiencing shoulder pain along with my foot pain. The solutions Superior Physical Therapy was talking about simply made sense. The whole-body approach to my foot pain was so logical and lined up with all my experiences that had led to the pain over many years. Brent and Ben were a delight to work with! In the beginning, I could not do any of the balance exercises without the assistance of a pole and I couldn’t walk across a room without shoes the heel pain was so severe. When I came in, just the small amount of walking I did in one day at an office job caused me to limp around at home in the evening. By the end of my treatment, I can spend an entire day walking several miles with only minimal pain! And I have an understanding of stretches and movements I can do at home to improve my mobility and reduce foot pain as a result! Thank you!"

"My therapy at Superior began due to continuing Achilles tendonitis that was serious enough to cause pain walking through the grocery store. My sessions with Keith and Brooke promoted strengthening and healing and gave me a great program to follow at home. Really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. I am on now on my way to what I expect will be a full recovery with their guidance. "
"My name is Jessica and I’m an active 17-year-old who loves being outdoors and playing sports. Back on December 5th of 2017 I was in basketball practice and rolled my ankle pretty badly. I was in a cast for 2 ½ weeks and I came to Superior the day after I got my cast off. I wasn’t able to do much at the start of PT but my ankle began to respond to the things we were doing here and the results were incredible. I am now able to play my last four games of my senior basketball season and I really owe it all to the staff at Superior. I was pushed hard in PT and was expected to work hard at home as well. With hard work and dedication comes the best results. Thank you again Superior!" – Jessica Hill
"Initially I was sore with right Achilles pain and had tightness in my right hip. After therapy, I would be happy to recommend Superior to friends! SPT philosophy works! I do my exercises faithfully and they made the difference especially in my hamstrings. I can now do 90 percent of my step aerobics class and can run with no “burning” in my right hip. High praise to Ben and Keith, thank you! I would love to attend a workshop for runners."
"My experience has been awesome. I had knee and Achilles pain in the winter. My doctor said I had osteoarthritis and needed knee replacement. I could not walk a mile without extreme pain. Now I can hike up to 3-5 miles without pain! I do not use my expensive knee brace but I will continue my PT exercises. Aaron and Keith were great to work with. They were responsive to my questions and challenged me in a good way."
