What Others Had To Say...
"Excellent experience! Simple exercises helped with the pain I had in my foot and leg. The pain went away as if by miracle!"
 –Albert Eckerle
"After 2 foot surgeries I was disappointed that I wasn’t progressing. Your staff helped me/taught me about the importance of stretching & small moments of “aha”! Thanks for your knowledge!"
—Susan McQuaid
"My therapy at Superior began due to continuing Achilles tendonitis that was serious enough to cause pain walking through the grocery store. My sessions with Keith and Brooke promoted strengthening and healing and gave me a great program to follow at home. Really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. I am on now on my way to what I expect will be a full recovery with their guidance. "
 Thanks!-Jeff Dillingham
"I entered PT with pretty severe Achilles pain/tendonitis. After 4 weeks of therapy. The pain is gone, both Nick and Keith were excellent to work with. They not only helped eliminate the pain through (dynamic) stretching and movement, but also gave me an invaluable education on body function."
-Kim Worden
"Initially I was sore with right Achilles pain and had tightness in my right hip. After therapy, I would be happy to recommend Superior to friends! SPT philosophy works! I do my exercises faithfully and they made the difference especially in my hamstrings. I can now do 90 percent of my step aerobics class and can run with no “burning” in my right hip. High praise to Ben and Keith, thank you! I would love to attend a workshop for runners."
-Terry Stellingworth
"My experience has been awesome. I had knee and Achilles pain in the winter. My doctor said I had osteoarthritis and needed knee replacement. I could not walk a mile without extreme pain. Now I can hike up to 3-5 miles without pain! I do not use my expensive knee brace but I will continue my PT exercises. Aaron and Keith were great to work with. They were responsive to my questions and challenged me in a good way."
